The trolley that comes to the worker.

In most factories, people bend down again and again to stack trays — and pay for it with years of back pain. The Auto Level Trolley fixes that with a self-levelling deck: the tray you're loading is always at a comfortable height, and the ones below sink out of the way.

The problem

A worker loads a fixed-height rack or floor stack. The first tray goes on high; every tray after that means bending lower and lower. Hundreds of times a shift, that repetition turns into chronic lower-back injury — and slower, more painful work.

The Auto Level answer

Put a tray on top and the deck holds it at waist height. Add the next and the stack sinks by exactly one tray, so the newest is always on top and reachable. The operator loads a full stack standing upright, start to finish.

Add trays and watch the deck sink so the top stays at the load line. Never a bend.

LOAD HEIGHT
0 / 5 trays
// mechanism

A spring-loaded deck, tuned to your tray weight.

Underneath the deck sits a calibrated spring or gas-strut system. As weight is added, the deck lowers by one tray-height and holds. Remove a tray and it rises back. The load line stays constant — that's the whole trick.

  • Deck self-levels so the top tray sits at a fixed, ergonomic height
  • Payload system tuned to your exact tray or crate weight
  • Locking castors and sizes to match your bins and aisles
  • No power needed — purely mechanical, low maintenance

Fewer injuries, faster loading.

Protects backs

Eliminates the repeated bending that causes long-term lower-back strain — a real, measurable safety win for your team.

Speeds up work

Loading at a constant, comfortable height is simply faster than reaching high then stooping low for every tray.
